Juliette was home alone trying to catch up on the work her teacher had given here. She didn’t mind it though because it kept her mind off everything but then again her thoughts were start to go back to the shooting. Sure she wasn’t shot but she was still there and saw people get killed and such. She was lucky she was never on of them. It just scared her now to be home alone.

At the offer to come over and help her with homework, Juliette sighed happily. Finally a friend who would come over and help her. Not that she really needed it. Truth was she just wanted the company and Katelyn seemed to fit that. Hearing the knock on the door Juliette hesistated before opening it. “Hi Kate.”

Kate give the girl a weak smile, as well as a little wave. “Hey Jules.” she said walking inside after the girl invited her in. She looked around, having never been over before. Her and Juliette weren’t the closest of friends, but she could hope that would change. She needed friends, especially now. Before she’d been shy and kept to herself but now she just wanted to be near people. And since her family wasn’t around, she needed people like Juliette to talk to.

She waited until the other girl closed the door before speaking again. “Let me guess. You’ve been home alone too?” she said, pulling her bottom lip between her teeth. The loneliness was what got her. Because every little creak you heard, you jumped. She barely slept at all this past week, and it probably wouldn’t get any better.

To say Kate was overly terrified was an understatement. Her mom was out of town, had been for a week now. Her dad had come when her sister got shot and taken her back to CT with him, but Kate refused. She was just starting to like Lima when this happened, and she had friends. So being along, with a killer on the loose, it wasn’t something to be happy about.

So when she offered to help Juliette with her homework, she nearly cried when the girl to her yes. She grabbed her bag, stuffing her textbooks and binder inside before walking out the door, locking the house and driving towards the Anderson-Hummel household. She parked at the curb, taking a deep breath before she got out of the car, locking it and walking towards the door at a quicker than usual pace. She was paranoid to say the least but hey, she had a right to be didn’t she? She knocked on the door softly, waiting for her friend to answer.

A lot of arguments and problems can occur with people you are close to. And hating Transformers can be the exact reason why the shooter would use it for something like the shooting.

…I also got trampled. How exactly can I be the shooter if I was trampled? Oh wait, I can’t -.-

I don’t know how I am. I just don’t wanna leave my room ever. Erin’s okay she won’t hold Kiah but she’s okay, Bee’s awake as far as I know so yeah. How about you?

Yeah…I don’t think any of us wanna leave. I think it’s just scary…knowing that they’re here. I’m…I dunno. My sister got shot. It was a flesh wound and she’s okay but I’ve been avoiding her.

Mom is debating moving us back to CT. I want to stay here though, despite this whole thing…How are you doing? I heard your aunt and your cousin….are they okay?

Getting trampled sucks but seeing how the others are…I’m thankful.
